Robert J. Daniels

Robert J. Daniels graduated from California State University and earned his law degree from Widener University School of Law.  Bob was previously employed as a Senior Deputy Public Defender by the Dauphin County Pennsylvania Public Defender's Office.  He is death penalty qualified and has tried hundreds of juvenile and adult cases in all areas of criminal law throughout Pennsylvania, in both state and federal courts.  He has guest lectured at the Pennsylvania State Police Academy, Widener University School of Law and the Central Pennsylvania College.  Bob has been selected to serve as a Criminal Justice Act Panel Attorney who represents indigent federal criminal defendants before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.  He concentrates his practice in the area of criminal defense, defending clients charged with white collar criminal offenses, and professional licensing infractions.  Because of his extensive trial experience, Bob also supports Killian & Gephart's commercial and environmental litigation practices.
