Jane Gowen Penny has close to thirty years of experience defending clients targeted for investigations by the FBI, the Postal Service, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Office of Investigations, the Offices of Inspector General for Defense, and the Departments of Energy, Health, Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Transportation, as well as other federal and state agencies.
