Attorney Profiles

Robert J. Daniels graduated from California State University and earned his law degree from Widener University School of Law. Bob was previously employed as a Senior Deputy Public Defender by the Dauphin County Public Defender's Office. He is death penalty qualified and has litigated hundreds of juvenile and adult matters in all areas of criminal law throughout Pennsylvania in both state and federal courts. He has guest lectured at the Pennsylvania State Police Academy, Widener University School of Law and the Central Pennsylvania College. Bob has been selected as a Criminal Justice Act Panel Attorney who represents indigent federal criminal defendants before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. He will continue to concentrate his practice in the area of criminal defense as well as support Killian & Gephart's commercial and environmental litigation practices.
