Bart Gephart is the dean of the criminal defense bar, with over thirty-five years of experience in federal and state criminal litigation. Bart has had substantial experience in representing individuals targeted by the U.S. Department of Justice, United States Attorneys' Offices, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the U.S. Postal Inspector, the Internal Revenue Service, the Office of Thrift Supervision, the Resolution Trust Corporation, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the U.S. Department of Commerce, the Immigration and Naturalization Service, the Office of Inspector General for the Departments of Defense and Transportation, OSHA, and several States' Attorneys General.
