John D. Killian has extensive experience in business law, estate planning, public sector labor law, and health-care regulatory compliance.
A graduate of the Cornell University Law School, John Killian is a business lawyer with over fifty years of experience representing corporations, associations and individuals in business and commercial transactions, such as corporate reorganizations, real estate development projects, mergers and acquisitions. Drawing upon his experience as a former Deputy Attorney General of Pennsylvania, he has represented agencies as well as corporate and private citizens before virtually all of the boards, agencies and commissions of state government. He regularly advises clients with regard to health care, retirement, business, and employment issues.
Mr. Killian also provides legal services to his clients by offering estate planning advice and counseling on retirement issues, including providing for their continuing care at assisted living or long-term care facilities.
