Josh focuses his practice on every aspect of criminal law including pre-arrest investigations, preliminary hearings, suppression motions, jury and non-jury trials, among other matters. He is an experienced litigator, having secured numerous acquittals at trial. Josh is quick to respond to questions and can translate complicated legal issues into effective, practical, and clear understandable advice for his clients.
Josh is a former Public Defender with Dauphin County where he represented clients at every stage of their legal cases. He joined private practice as an Associate at a small firm in Carlisle, Pennsylvania where his practice primarily focused on Family Law including divorce, custody and support, and adoptions.
Josh is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania where he studied criminology and pre-law. He moved to Central Pennsylvania to obtain his Juris Doctor from The Widener University Commonwealth Law School in Harrisburg. While still in law school, Josh worked with the Harrisburg Civil Law Clinic representing indigent individuals in various areas of civil practice including divorces and custody disputes. He also interned at the public defender’s offices in Dauphin and Adams counties.
In his free time, Josh enjoys golfing, watching sports, and volunteering as a Mock Trial coach for the Widener University School of Law Mock Trial team.
